Make monthly water payments here. The lady that takes my payment is always fast and friendly. She is even Lenient on payment due dates. If I get in there a hour or so after the day the bill is due, she will not charge me the late fee. Which I appreciate because I tend to get busy and forget to pay by the proper due date.
