Who wants to do business with such petty money grubbing people.

Fee, fee, fee.. oh and dont forget the harrasment..

The branch manger is terrible and the assist mangers are a close reflection. Went in to cancel my check account and they gave me the run around and I waited for a long time even with very few customers in the branch. The branch manager was rude both times I was inside over basic questions and problems. Going to pay off my BOA credit card and never use them again!

These are the worst of all Bank of America employees, they close early, they talk down to people in front of other customers with impunity it seems, there is no sense of welcome given upon entry, the service is slow and you are given the impression that you're an annoyance and how dare you ask for help understanding all the crazy fees BOA has. I stay away from this branch

Very frustrating - offer an ATM only account, but the ATM is down more than it's working.

If you go in and your standing in line, someone will come up to you and demand to know why you are in today. It is to the point that going in is a nightmare.

If I am cashing a check that an account holder wrote me then there should not be a fee.

I just want to say that Mark McMillan is a freaking terrible Personal Banker. Dude seemed helpful at first, but was eager to get out of work already so he basically rushed my paperwork and lied to me about several questions that I had. Am not happy with this place at all. Dude needs a write up, seriously.

There are techs sitting there blocking it off 2 or 3 times a week, but it never seems to stay fixed, and when it does work, it's out of cash on payday by 4pm EVERY WEEK?!?

If you have a debit card and the strip wears out or looses it magnetic strip and you request a new one there is a fee. If you transfer money from your saving to checking more than 3 times in a certain amount of days, there is a fee, even if you do it online and no human interaction is evolved.

I was notified last week that there is now a $8.00 fee to cash checks if you do not have an account. Im sorry but this is wrong, and basically poor business.
