I have been using Jason for year. My first experience was when I thought I needed a fuel pump. I had my jeep towed there and he called shortly thereafter and told me that my fuel gauge was stuck on half and I was just out of gas. A lot of mechanics would have "replaced" the fuel pump and fuel filter (unstuck the fuel gauge) and charged much more than the small service fee that he charged me. I have taken many vehicles to him over the years and he has always been honest with what repairs were and were not needed. I have also brought several used cars to him to check over and he has helped keep me from purchasing a few that I would have had some serious buyers remorse over.
I was overwhelmed with worry, wondering how I would afford a brake job on my GMC Envoy. I searched and found Jason Rowe who rescued me and told me things would be fine, outstanding customer service and he worked with us on the payment. Truly a God-send. My friends and I will use Advantage Auto Repair from now on!
Well i said i would be back when i was in need. Daughters alternator went out. i was thinking great here is a thousand in labor. Called Jason and he changed it and the serpentine belt for under 5 hundred and had it completed in under 24 hours. My search just might be over for a lifelong mechanic,
Jason and his crew are THE BEST! He worked with me on payment, helped get my warranty insurance, and fixed my sister's car knowing she couldn't pay him! He just trusted that she would! (He has been paid!) He is reallt knowledgeable.
I ended up needing repairs that Mr. Rowe could not do in his shop but want to give him 5 stars just the same. He ran the diagnostics on my truck, kept me informed all along and charged a fair price for what he could/did do. I will definitely use him again.
