Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me some suggestions on dealing with some knee pain.
The shoe fitting was very personalized (despite coming in 10 minutes before closing time), they watched me walk and took measurements of my feet before giving me several shoes to try on. I go there a lot and the staff is always very friendly and helpful with suggested products, if they don't have it they'll call the other stores to see if they have it to be brought in for you, or order it online. Top of the line store!
Nice and friendly sales staff. They have a treadmill in store for use while trying on running shoes. That's a really nice feature! They also have a great selection of clothing and accessories needed for running.
