Customer service and quality is horrible. My son ordered an arrangement for me for mothers day, I received it several of the flowers were wilted. Took pictures of arrangement as instructed emailed them, the person that paid for the arrangement was told there was nothing wrong with the flowers and they did nothing not even apologize. All flowers in the arrangement were DEAD in less than a week. Will never use this florist again and will tell everyone I know not to as well.
