These guys are great! They provide professional, friendly service, even if you just need touch up paint!
Our house was painted by the builder in Kelly-Moore paints. Some were custom colors. When I needed to touch up a room, with a can that was 13 yrs old and rusted shut, these guys were able to help me.
No customer service what so ever. only one of the men in the entire place even spoke and the it was as if we were a bother. After standing at the counter for around 10 to 15 minutes or and being completely ignored by the entire staff we walked out. Worse customer service I've ever encountered anywhere. Sad part is we were ready to make a purchase of paint and primer. If this is the type of service Kelly-Moore provides at all it's outlets I can't under stand how they have lasted this long.
My wife and were in this store at around 3:30 this afternoon, 9/7/2017 only seen one other customer in the store, a contactor I would assume.
They provide a good product and outstanding service.
