They are very confused at this office. Switched all my insurance over to State Farm one month ago and have had some issues. Today talked to my mtg company because I was requesting them to reanalyze my pymt. They never received any info from this office. It is June, I started with State Farm in April. This exact issue was in May when they told me they would take care of Auto insurance, my previous company never received anything. I had dual coverage for a few weeks. I asked them if I should go home and cancel with company myself, they assured me they would take care of it. Very unorganized.
