These guys claim to know so much about jewelry but they have no clue of what they are talking about. From the get go they were rude and gave me poor customer service claiming i got ripped off for how much I paid for my ring but I just got it appraised for 1500 and was only willing to let me borrow 100 dollars they are a joke. But what do you expect from a ghetto pawn shop.
First time ever to a pawn shop or ever doing this pawning stuff. But That lady in that store was pretty rude. Brought a gun in to sell and got offered a lowballed price. ms know it all said glock 19 gen 3 brand new are 400.... well let me know where you can get one for easily 400. Do your research before opening your mouth. lmao she's a joke just like her store.
I've used this place for years when I get into a pinch. They are extremely polite and always remember me when I go in. Love these guys and this store. Thanks for always helping me out!
Staff at the counter got a little rude when I seemed shocked at the low offer they gave me on my item I was trying to sell. Even if my item was not worth what I thought it was I should not be looked at like I'm stupid. Same person was also rude on the phone when asking if I can make it in before they closed. Just wasn't a very good experience and this has not been the only bad experience I've had with this pawnshop.
Lowball on the rifle buying prices but that's normal for a pawn shop. My biggest complaint would be the TOTAL lack of reception. If you walk into an empty store with two people working the counter and neither say 'hi' when you walk in and the one person that isn't glued to a computer screen looks at you as though you have the plague. ~> That's probably a factor in why the store was empty. :D (sorry to bust your chops but that's so uncommon in this area It had to be pointed out)
I have been to your store and have purchased a few items from you. And i asked $200 to $250 for the gun. What I disliked most about my expirence is that when I was shocked at your offer you became offended and the tone of the conversation with the woman at the counter changed. Just because I'm not in the gun business and worked in a pawn shop my whole life I didn't know that about the gun and you were fine in your offer but don't look at me like an idiot and be offended cause I asked if you were sure. I'm sorry if what I said offended you but it was not a good expirence in your pawn shop. I will give it to you your story was close about when I came but was not 100% correct and I don't appreciate that either because I am being as truthful as i can be with my expirence in you pawn shop.
