Update: been eating here on Thursdays and things have definitely improved and i feel it has become a first place restaurant.
Good portions for the prices...always with enough left over for additional take home meals.
Wide variety to choose from.
Really like the mural on wall...gives it a local tie
Great service. Excellent subs. One of my favorite places to grab a quick lunch that isn't full of your typical fried fast food fare.
Fantastic subs, the meatball is wonderful, and the newyork steamer is great, the staff is extremely freindly and if you don't know what to get, asking them is a good way to get a great sandwhich. my only complaint with the place is that the philly cheesesteak is not very good. The veggies are not cut like they should be for a philly and they are never cooked all the way.
5 Gallon buckets are available for purchase @ $2 each (to be donated - firefighter stuff). You can locate the washed, empty pickle buckets right next to the potato chips; I use them for drip irrigation & hauling small loads around the house, truck, etc...

Avoid the rush and the noise level by going slightly earlier than normal - SMARTEST POSSIBLE MOVE.

Great value and selection...and tasty
The subs here are high quality and very tasty. Customer service could use some minor improvements. I have been here a few times now and it has been the best place to get a sub I have ever had. They also have salads but have not had those. They do make the subs when ordered so nothing is old when you order it.
