They worked with her until very late, unfortunately there was too much damage...
I took my cat Buddy to this vet 8/27/17 Sunday. Just took him in for a routine nail trim. Got there just 5 minutes before 2pm . Was the only person there when I arrived. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and personable. Took my info and they took my cat back. I waited for 20 minutes. Then the vet Tec came out pulled in a exam room and told me my cat was being to aggressive to trim his nails. She also said she would have to sedate him to finish. I thought that was not ordinary. I have taken him in his whole life (he is 5 years old) never had an issue before this. I said no to the sedation. She said she would try again with the vets help. So I agreed. Waited for another 25 minutes and was informed they couldn't get it done. I said that was fine I'll just take him home and take him to his usual vet next week. So they brought him out to me he was visibly stressed. They said they would refund my money when the manager was back on Tuesday. I was displeased but not upset. When I got home and let him out of his carrier I noticed blood on his right rear paw. He had a cut on the pad of his foot. I cleaned it and put Neosporin on it to stop the bleeding. He is favoring his leg. I called back immediately to inform them of his injury. They didn't seem concerned and told me after putting me on hold for 5 minutes that he must have got it caught on his carrier. It wasn't it's a cut from what ever they were using to trim his nails. Then with out any apology or anything they said thanks for calling and hung up. I would not recommend this vet to anyone. I'll be going back to my usual vet. I was just trying a new one because we had recently moved to broken arrow and was try to find a vet closer. That was a mistake. I'll drive across town. Hope this review helps stop this anything like this from happening to anyone else.
She is still there, waiting on her surgury. And they are treating her so well. Like the sweet baby she is!
My little Elsa had a horrible trauma to one of her eyes Saturday night... I called them, and they made special arrangements to meet up there after hours.
We cant wait for this to be over and bring her home.
We definately recommend them!
We love Dr. Sellers and the staff. They are always been very nice and helpful, listens to all my concerns and puts my mind at ease and I trust leaving my Bella in their care. Dr Sellers is not inly a great veterinarian but also a wonderful person. Who actually cares about his patients. Bella is much more active now then in the past. I recommend him to all my friends and family.
Our dog was much better after only two days and the diagnosis was quick! The staff was extremely friendly, and the doctor explained everything clearly and easily and made sure that we didn't have any questions when we left. They took a cash price which was awesome, and we were even able to pick our pit up a little bit after hours! I'm totally surprised that they don't have good reviews. The only improvement they could make would be to call their customers when they say they will. They were several hours late calling us one day, and we had to call them the next day because we still hadn't heard from them. But I give them five stars because the price was cheap and the animal got better! And what else could you hope for in a vet?
Saved my cats life! So gentle and caring.
