Was using this location for almost 2 years. They will rent a truck for a week for $500.00 but by the time you get the bills it will be $1200.00 because of made up charges. They play the run around game of who's fault it is and no one owns up to anything. They will manipulate your credit cards constantly while you have their truck. Taking large amounts of money. Refunding some then doing it again until waiting to see what the final bill is and just doing a beginning charge and final charge. I used them with the intention of that their mileage is cheaper than other companies but after the hidden charges it's almost double or triple of what U - H A U L charges. My advice go to another company.

Enterprise Truck Rental, staff very professional and beyond friendly. The van rented was brand new, they just washed it, very clean. Extremely easy online reservations. Rental procedure and charges were explained up front. Made picking up my antique pastry display case a breeze. Will definitely use again if needed.
I rented a car almost the last minute on Spring break... when I went to pick up the car, they upgraded the car and made sure all my needs were met. Our trip to a cabin outside of St. Louis was awesome.
