The men's restroom is missing being lock on the door so you can see into the restroom. The women's restroom's sink was broke, paper towel dispenser was not working, & the toilet was constantly running. Was very disappointed in the conditions of their facilities, was terrible for someone who is on crutches to try to use the restroom. Most of their other restaurants we have seem to be in Fair working condition, unfortunately this particular location needs a lot of repairs.
Again the wording on the menu is very easy to misinterpret and prepare the wrong item. The food and the cleanliness at this location was much better.
I would give them 0 if I could. Every single time they mess up my order. I always come here because it's the closest location but the food is never fresh and they are just gross. This past time I waited at the drive through for 10 minutes (no one else was there but me) then finally drove up to window waived at the lady and they still didn't come to the window to take my order. Finally I called the store and asked them if they were open and told them I was at the window waiting. I left then I had to go back because they messed up and forgot something on my order. Once again I was the ONLY person there how do you mess that up? I'm done with this place. Taco Bueno should consider some new management because they have lost many customers do to this same problem. This bueno is literally know for it being disgusting and never getting orders right. That is all. :)
The whole place smelled of urine. The trays smelled of mold and the portions were smaller than usual. The queso tasted like it was canned. Very disappointing.
Always fast service. The one off of elm and ba is slow. This one I can go to on lunch (30 minutes) @12pm and be able to eat and get back to 61st and 145th and not be late.
