This is not your your ordinary run-of-the-mill Mobile Home Park! Johanna Woods is kept up and rules inforced which makes this place what it is. The staff is great! The playground is a fun area to take the kids and what a comfort knowing you'll be safe in severe weather with their state of the art shelters.
If you decide to live here you've been. Warned.
They try to charge for slightest infraction and have repeatedly said my lawn was unacceptable when it was perfect. Had to get professional lawn care and still get notices about a tall blade of grass. They took out the pool for no reason
The park is pretty nice. The management is horrible. They would complain about my lawn and the grass being high one week after I cut it. They act very nice when you are moving in but then they come inside your trailer 2 times a year and tell you how to set it. They fine you for several things and rules that are ridicolous. My shades were starting to fall apart so they said they would fine me, when others have aluminum foil on theirs.
Clean, but the woman that enforces standards operates the park like a fascist. If you don't mind paying for constant labor to adhere to their standards, it might work for you.
Great place to live. This is a well kept mobile home community and managed nicely.
