I bought the one hour hot stone massage for a friend of mine for his birthday. it took a month to get an appointment and when he arrived, he could not get the massage because the therapist did not heat the stones. He rescheduled for the following week. She was a no show for his appointment. Her reply..."I had to go pick-up my kids." I have children of my own so I understand this but, I would have had a back-up sitter. This is totally unprofessional. My expression of disappointment for my friend not getting his birthday gift didn't seem matter to her. She didn't try to make it right and we felt as if she didn't care at a all. Who would want a massage from someone that doesn't care. We certainly don't. I have requested a refund from Groupon....This was a waste of time and $59.00 for nothing.
