We called in the morning and asked if they had space. They had 3 office spaces and we were interested in 1 of them. We let them know we were on our way down with the stuff to set up the office and drove 45 mins to get there. When we arrived they informed us someone had gone online and reserved all 3 out from under us. Time and gas wasted and they couldn't have cared less.
This has to be one of the nicest facilities in Oklahoma, and Josh and Nancy are the most considerate people you've ever met. A while back, my family had to rent a storage unit to store my father's belongings as we had to put him in a nursing home. During that process, he passed, and we put his house on the market, which sold the first day of listing it. Through the whirlwind of this moving mess, the folks at BA Office & Storage were understanding and extremely flexible, while dealing with several members of my family. A time that was already stressful enough, could've turned into a nightmare, but they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of in this crazy time. My entire family commented on how nice they were and how clean and modern their building was. We appreciated everything they did. Thank you!
