Best car wash I've used.
I went to the Broken Arrow, Zips Car Wash, and paid for a $10 wash. I had driven home and upon exiting my car I noticed a piece was missing from it. I went directly back to see if that's where the part had come off. Once I arrived back I asked for an employee to check if it had come off during the washing process. He returns with the part that was broken off of my car. I go back home to put the part back on (It should have just snap back on) but when I tried, it wouldn't clip back on. I called the store to tell them about the situation. I explained that I just bought this car not even five days ago. The response was, "well is it used?" Mind you that this is a 2016 mustang, not some junk car. He proceeded to say, "well if it's used they may have sold it to you with that piece broken." Which isn't very likely since it is the cover for the key hole, now won't latch properly, and will fall off with the slightest touch. He continued to tell me that I can just get some tape or glue to put it back on, so it won't fall off. Then he told me that I could fill out a incident report, but he didn't really think it would help considering "they have had mustangs come thru there and haven't had that happen." So pretty much if you have a car that isn't brand new with zero miles on it, don't use their car wash. If you do, and something happens, they just tell you to glue the piece back on that broke off during the wash.

Cleans my 2 cars good everytime, free vacuum and my advice is, It's better to pay for the membership, works out cheaper than paying for a single wash.
2 out of the 3 Zips I've been to had 2 people pre wash my vehicle before going through the car wash. This is the only Zips and car wash in Oklahoma that has not. When I inquired the guy told me his manager won't let them pre wash because of tax?
Great place to get a membership for car wash. Can go through as many times as needed with membership. If you have excessive mud in fenders I would recommend going to a self serve before have though because can't use power wash there.
