Screw it! Arrived at 6:40pm on Saturday and surprised the door was locked. Needed a haircut with clippers using a #3 spacer. SUPER EASY! 12 bucks for the business and easily a 3 dollar tip. But the lady counting out the register till could care less. It's insulting to just stand there and avoid the customer. The sign on the door says they close at 7:00pm on Saturdays. Let's see... Just the three dollar tip. Every 6 weeks on average. That's just $26 in known profit margin here a year you're pissing away. You will not have that repeat business from me. Went over to Walmart next door and bought clippers to do it myself from now on. Too inconvenient to go specifically to Great Clips. I'll just do it myself, since there's no way I can get you to just take my damn money. Screw it! I say...Not worth the hassle and the stylist knows damn well that's not how you treat a customer. Permanently on my business black list. Lost my children's business to, and I'm teaching them how to be good customers in our society and not putting up with bad service. More than $100 per year just in lost tips. Probably more like $500 per year in lost business margin. But,.. that's that's just not my problem. Again,... Screw it!
They have online reservation which is nice and the staff are very friendly. They do quick work most of the time and ask for our preference in various aspects involved in trimming hair. I also noticed them being very friendly with Kids!!
Very nice lady cut my hair. She did a great job. Will definitely use from now on.
Great place for a haircut. Friendly staff and always great with my son. I have been coming here for over a year now and have never had a bad experience.
I've been a customer for 2 years and never had a complaint, but today I went in to get the same haircut I always do and the lady who cut my hair said I had no notes under my account. So before the haircut I explained how I normally get it cut and showed her a picture even and she completely ignored everything I said and went and did her own thing. She was trying to rush me out of there and tried to give me a quick 5 minute haircut that wasn't blended or even close to what I asked for. I tried to explain again and she seemed to have no clue what she was doing. I ended up just going with the haircut I recieved because I just wanted her to stop cutting my hair and came home and had my room mate go back over it to make it not look as bad. Horrible experince and I'm not sure if I'm ever going to give them my business again.
