Tried to get my license plate and the clerk gave an initial price of $667, but then immediately changed it to something higher and just before i was able to hand her my card changed to price to "something close to 700" without actually telling me a number or why the price had gone up twice in less than 2 minutes and couldn't show or tell me why the price is what is was. Clerk lacks basic middle school math skills.
Ridiculous. They need to change the website if the policy has changed. Took time off from work to go to the tag agency to get my pike pass. They informed me I am unable to do so and must do it all online. RIDICULOUS. Horrible customer service when I called them prior to make sure I was able to pick up my pike pass which was verified in the call. Will continue to use this location until this is resolved due to their personal mistake then I will gladly drive to another location for future.
Service was extremely slow even with almost no customers and I find it annoying that a government based orginazation has a lot of religious symbols posted all over their building.
Love the women that work here!! I live in Broken Arrow and always drive the 7 miles just to go to this one instead of the one right around the corner from me!
