This little tag agency office turned out to be a lovely surprise! I discovered it about 2-3 years ago when I found out it was close to my favorite Walmart. In spite of how small it looks, there has never been a line when I went and if you already know and have what you need, then you're pretty much in-and-out in nothing flat! The people there are personable, friendly and really make you glad you went the extra few miles to visit them. Being in a lower-traffic intersection definitely has its advantages!
I called a few weeks prior to coming here to get a quote on out of state vehicle registration for a leased vehicle & to also ask what documents need to be presented at the time of my visit. The lady told me I need my vehicle registration & my current drivers license. Once I came after a week of calling the lady then told me I needed Oklahoma insurance,a copy of my title, & NAIC number. Instantly I was pissed off because I could have had all of my documentations when I came up here. I had to jump through hoops to get a copy of my title for a LEASED vehicle. I called my finance company to fax over a copy of the title & I am still waiting on the information to be faxed over & that was six days ago. I've lived in plenty of states & NEVER had this much trouble getting my vehicle registered. Needless to say, I went over to Central Park Tag Agency and they distributed my new drivers license & vehicle registration within 10-15 minutes & they DID NOT request a copy of my TITLE for a LEASED vehicle!!!! I am officially a Oklahoma resident!!!
This tag agency has been great everytime I have been there. I would highly recommend them.
We have used this little tag agency for several years, because of the lack of traffic you would experience at other tag agencies. We recently took a title in with the car to do a simple transfer. They failed miserably at this simple task and now will not make the correction. They transposed the mileage for the title transfer by 20,000 miles, so when we attempted to sell the care the mileage on the title did not match the mileage on the car. The potential customer indicated that we had committed fraud by rolling back the mileage. WE attempted to get the Indian Springs tag agency to fix the issue, they would not. It has been several months and we are still today trying to get this corrected thru the state. My recommendation is to go to Central Park tag, you might experience crowds, but they will get the job done.
