It was surprisingly a good hotel for the price, I was very impressed. Newly renovated rooms at a good price. Highly recommended budget hotel.
They cancelled my reservations and when I went to check in they charged me $30 per room per night more than my reservations were for. The pool area was small, dirty and the windows were stuck open so anyone could get inside. The doors that are supposed to be key entry only, were broken, so anyone could get into the the hotel.

Several ladies in my group stayed at this motel, while attending a conference. This year however, sadly our experience was not very enjoyable. We had to go to the front desk several times to request towels. There were 3 ladies in our room, we were only given two towels on the first day stay. The pillows on our beds, weren't full size pillows, which required going and purchasing normal sized pillow for our 3 day stay. Taking a shower presented a problem, hardly any water pressure. The fan in our bathroom was loud and irritating. Our toilet backed up, I went to the front desk and requested a plunger, I was told that the plunger was out on loan to another guest, once it was returned, it would be brought to our room.Needless to say, we had to clear the toilet ourselves,in order to be able to have a functioning toilet.Lastly, several rooms had cockroaches in them. When checking out, we were told the manager was unavailable to speak with, & it would be a week before we could expect a call from the manager. As a group, we have been making reservations for years to stay at this motel, due to the poor quality of service, & lack of basic amenities, & cockroach spotings, we will not be returning next year. Totally unacceptable service!!
Our stay here has been rather displeasing. First, we had to switch rooms because our first one wasn't cleaned & we found a used condom under the bed! They had no extra towels, blankets, or a single fitted sheet! Then to top it off, I received the 3rd degree & extremely rude attitude as to why I had dirty towels! I literally asked ALL DAY for clean towels(asking the people at the front desk & the maids)! I only needed 4 of them, I finally received 2 towels at 3am, after asking at 10:30am, 5pm, 9pm & 3am!!! Absolutely absurd! Also, the key cards to get into the rooms take SEVERAL tries(30 in one try) & the staff said "It does that, its totally normal, you just have to keep trying!" Which is amazingly ridiculous! The shower curtain rod looks like it is going to literally break off of the wall if you close the curtain to hard. Their vending machine is filthy & doesn't have much in it, the pool says it's heated but was extremely cold & the staff plays on their cell phones even when you are trying to ask them a question! Ugh, I could go on & on, this has been the worst hotel stay I have ever had! I will not be staying here again!
