I've rented from the location for many years, mutiple times a month. I cannot recommend a better place in the Tulsa area.
I would recommend Avis in a heartbeat. It was very easy to pick up and drop off the car. The car was also very clean! We will be using them again.

Great customer service. Also I liked that they had mid and top of the line vehicles and not just base models. We rented a ford explore for the weekend. It was the limited body style and was very nice. Heated seats, navigation, leather interior.
I have been renting cars from various companies at the Tulsa airport for years. (Never from Avis, because it was always so pricey there.) A year ago, I found this little neighborhood Avis in Broken Arrow. It is SO customer friendly. They do everything they can to make the car rental experience smooth and easy. And the low price is unbelievable. It doesn't compare with any of the prices I could get at any of the airport rental places. Last year I even had to make some last minute changes (pick up the car a day earlier) due to weather conditions. No problem. It's so much easier to get to, the rental process is so much simpler AND it's vastly cheaper. The employees are super friendly, too. I'll be patronizing this Avis outlet for years to come.
