Deceitful and presumptuous. They added insurance on my vehicle after I told them not to, because they assumed I didn't have full coverage on my ten year old vehicle. After the charge came through I called them and they apologized and promised to remove the charge, but they didn't. Three days later it went through anyway and they are claiming they never said that. I wrote down the person's name and date and time we spoke, and they refuse to discuss the matter now. These people are immoral. They are liars. And they have lost my business permanently. I plan to write a negative review on here from now on every time I think about it. I'm warning you! STAY AWAY!!!
There were no issues with the service. I have rented a car several times before with no problems. However, on this rental, the car gave me issues. On a couple instances when I had to brake hard in severe congestion, the engine just quit on me. Really caught me by surprise being that I was in heavy traffic when it occurred. The rotors were warped pretty bad as well. I passed these concerns along to the agent when I turned the car in.
I rented a car from enterprise and it ended up being stolen. I did everything I could possibly do to find the car and recover it. Since that happened enterprise will no longer do business with me . they have all blamed their manager and their"system" for being the reason for my denial. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I mean something that happened to me and was totally out of my control, I'm being punished for and my money is not welcome. Oh wait they did take my money...they charged me for the impound charge for the car!!! The car that was stolen from me!!! Very bad business!! They don't care about the customer at all!

I have been using the Broken Arrow location for a few years. The staff is amazing! One young man named Isaiah picked me up from my home and even opened the doors for me. He was very sweet and an attentive driver, as well as personable. I felt very safe and well taken care of. Upon me returning the rental car the gentleman Joseph (Joe) was also very sweet. He even asked how my trip was, truly was interested in my reply and gave me recommendations on places to visit the next time I go to Kansas City. It is the staff and attentiveness that keeps me returning to this location. They always make the rental car process as smooth as possible, exceed expectations and the assistance is above reproach. Thank you again for all you do!
