My wife and I met Seth at the Tulsa State Fair this weekend. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. We decided to purchase the Nordic Encore LS Hot Tub. He made us feel very comfortable and was attentive to every detail! We will be looking forward to possibly purchasing a Pool Table or some other type of gaming table from him. Bought my pool and installed by Galaxy!! They were awesome to deal with and I LOVE Pristine Blue! My water stayed perfectly blue all summer with so little effort! Can't wait to get our hot tub for this winter! Will definitely be using Galaxy again.

Also Express Setup was the company that came out to install my spa and these guys are super awesome!! Friendly, funny and courteous. Seth did a excellent job in helping us decide on what was best for us on our outdoor living Funiture. No high pressure sales, just good service and fair prices. We will be back for more goodies to add to our pool Funiture collection. I highly recommend them.
Because of Andy the information he provided via chat, we arrived at the store informed and ready to purchase. Andy is exceptional and followed through with up to and after delivery for every question that we had in regard to our purchase.
Andy made sure that we received a complete package to include, steps, cover with lift, and complete turn-key set up. The electrical was completed separate from the hot tub but all else was included to even the pad under the spa. We are looking forward to years of enjoyment of our new spa thanks to Andy.
Andy is the best sales consultant at Galaxy on Kenosha. We chatted with Andy via chat and he provided us with information that other hot tub/spa companies never ever provided via chat, e-mail, or on-site in their brick and motor store.
We are now looking to purchase an above ground pool to go with the brand new salt water filter and pump that we recently purchased and Andy will be the consultant that we will contact.
