I will NEVER ever advise any one to go with Sprint ever. My phone bill was suppose to be $55 a month well when I went to go pay it it said I owed $68 I was not late on anything. I asked why there was an extra $13 got no answer. Well I changed my plan to $30 and when it was time to pay it said I owed $52.... Why is there another $22 added still no answer other then it's taxes. No other phone company was like that and I was even told to go back to cricket.

Irving has won my repeat business. I’m old school when it comes to buying new phones and Irving was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will continue to drive to this store as long as Irving is there. If he gets moved to a different store I will drive the extra distance for great customer service.
