I had a terrible experience here. I purchased an Ashley Couch/Loveseat (used) that was out on their parking lot sale. I didn't notice at the time but the entire bottom (the cloth part) was ripped and torn. My mistake for not looking it over. I only noticed this when it was delivered and once in the home it had a dog/cat smell to it then I started noticing baby spiders on it here and there. Flipped it over and where that material was ripped there were brown recluse spiders in there. At that point I ended up calling the BBB because all used furniture sold there is a law that it is to be cleaned before selling. Come to find out they are not even a member of the BBB - big red flag!!!! I still had not paid for all of this furniture yet but just sucked it up as a loss UNTIL they started calling me at my job asking for payments one week prior to when my actual payment date was. Not just one person was calling me in a day's time but more than one so apparently they don't even talk to one another. They have a certain system they use for their payments where you can't just say I want to pay $100 - they say you need to pay $85 or $107.00? At this point I chose to call the "new" Manager Joey and let him know about the nasty couch filled with brown recluse spiders - never once did he offer to send someone out to "clean" the couch properly for me, he never tried to make it right knowing my disgust with the furniture having a pet odor nor the spider problem. I was just shocked. As a Manager, you need to step up to the plate and make the customer happy. So upon paying this item off and still battling with brown recluse spiders in my home, I wanted my receipts of proof of purchase since I had filed a claim with the BBB. To this date I have called and spoke to Tara, Josh (who was very unprofessional) and now their "new" Manager Joey and all three promised receipts in the mail of proof of purchase. I still have no receipts from them and I started asking on May 8th, this has gone on for 2 months trying to get my receipts and being promised by all three people. I feel this was worth every bit of my time giving this honest review. I would hate to see another person purchase from them and the outcome be what mine has been.

Terrible place. They are not what they say they are. Worry free they advise. I wouldn’t send my worse enemy to them!!
