Guess you have to give 1 stupid star to get to write a review. If I had my way, I would rate this store a negative 10 stars! All employees, namely Lupe has the worst attitudes and talks crap about all customers as soon as the leave the salon. As well as all Walmart employees & customers as they walk by. I spent $116.00 to get my hair colored and spent $40 on products to keep it from fading. Washed my hair in cold water using thier products. Faded bad in one wash. Went back 3 days later and was told I probably used a cheap shampoo & conditioner. Explained that I used the products they sold me. They redid my hair with a darker color which faded the same way in 4 washes. Called corporate, and they sent me a $50 gift card as said that's all they were willing to do. Said they never have complaints. Whatever. I received the gift card in the mail, took it into a different salon to use on products, the card would not work. Spent 30 minutes in the salon with them trying to get the card to work. Never happened after 3 calls to customer service, it never worked. They told me to come back and try again tomorrow What BS! Called corporate after I left and was told there was nothing wrong with the card. I give up!
Nathan the male hairstylist has by far the worst customer service I have witnessed.
