Good good and they are actually open till 2am everyday! That's amazing for BA. Very friendly customer service and great wait staff. Woukd definitely recommend.
Every time I carry out, they act so surprised that I want the drinks I overpaid for and are offput to have to get them.
Last time I tried to call in an order, the phone was answered with a ride "Yeah?", I asked to put in an order, they never responded and put me on hold for over 2 minutes, where a separate person picked up and was rude, asking "what do you need?". I just hung up, I decided then that if they didn't want my service, I didn't want to give it to them.
Poor customer service, terrible delivery times, nearly always end up having to send something back because it wasn't what was ordered. It's definitely a staffing issue, only a couple of them even care about their duties, let alone the customer.
Went to eat here during a time that only two other tables in the entire place were being used...it was completely dead. After being seated for 15 minutes nobody had even bothered to walk by our table one time for a drink order. We could see five or six servers standing around talking the entire time. We got up and left. Not my first time to have terrible service here but it will be the lest. I do not intend to return to this location again.
Good food and relatively good service if it's not too busy. Fair prices.
Been here probably a dozen times over the last couple years. Every couple months we try again, hoping they've rectified their countless problems. They haven't. Thank goodness a Wingstop just opened within 1/2 mile.
