I've always liked the food and how I get to see it prepared fresh. And if you like drama, the staff will never let you down.
I called in an order for 2 waffles for pickup. The young lady entered the order as 2 single waffles (Knowing full well the order would be more money than had she entered them in as a double). Instead of her letting me know this, she entered it in anyway, without saying anything to me. Once I paid, I asked about why my order was $7 and some change if the double was only $4, they THEN proceeded to tell me I would have had to ACTUALLY SAY double to get the $4 price versus what they gave me, and didn’t offer to return the extra money I paid for the SAME EXACT ORDER!!!! Beware! That was some serious BS!!! If I could give less than a 1 star I would because that was just downright purposeful neglect to not disclose that to me at the time I ordered. Won’t return to this waffle house in particular! Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!
Friendly enough service, food was ok, and fair price. The toast was cheap bread and not very tasty. My server had a cold and was coughing some. This did not seem appropriate and hope I don't catch the bug from her. The restaurant could have been a bit cleaner as well.
