Great service! Place is very clean and offers great food cooked to order! Diane the manger goes above and beyond with great service and was right there making the food along side everyone else. How many other burger places can you actually watch them cook your food fresh? Not many! Plus they have the soda machine with so many favors it's crazy. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't!
I was horrified to find that after 10 years of frequenting Five Guys I was served burned crispy crunchy french fries. And because I took the order out I could not return the unacceptable fries. I will continue to let everyone know that FIVE GUYS DOES NOT treasure their customers!
A little high on the price for a burger. That being said everything is fresh and you can taste the difference. Great selection of topping for burgers. Generously portioned servings of fries. Staff is always super friendly. So it's worth the extra money.
This was my first time at Five Guys. The food and menu was as great as I had heard. But what really made the experience was the great service from Vanessa and Josh. They both went far above and beyond to make our experience great. Josh was very friendly helpful in explaining the menu and how Five Guys works. When I came back to the counter a couple times, Vanessa was quick to respond when she could but when she was busy at the fryer she call out to Josh - who only hadn't already helped because he was busy cleaning. Those two are an amazing team.
Hamburgers are awesome, fries are great. But, last visit some dude was sweeping the floor, moving chairs and tables around, making a lot if screeching noise, and stirring dust. Just anoying. My understanding is using that kind of broom when customers are eating is a health hazard!
