I have worked for Dr. Todd Gentling for almost twelve years. The entire staff pride themselves on great patient care and customer service! We are continually thanked by patients for going above and beyond to make their experience a good one. We treat all members of a family from young children on up. Kids love us as do our adult patients and a lot have become like extended family for us all. They will ruin your teethes on purpose to charge you more. One of my tooth is ruin now because he drilled it too deep and too much on one side. Didn't even give me any options to what I would like him to do and take action on his own. Service is horrible. Pressure customers a lot just so he can get paid. Never going back there again.
Received a bill dated 01/19 on 01/20. Received a 30-days late notice on 02/02. Someone's math doesn't add up. Thanks to you calling me a deadbeat, I have now decided to wait until 60-days past due to pay. In addition, I'll be finding another dentist.
