From the moment that you walk in the door at Refresh, it's a wonderful experience! (Well, as wonderful as a trip to the dentist possible can be!). The desk staff when calling to confirm appointments to greeting you when you arrive are always very friendly, courteous and professional. The dental hygienist and assistant are great, as are the dental assistants who I've encountered over my years coming to the office. They are always very personable and their chair-side manner is great. They make an effort to really get to know you and ask about updates on your life from your last visit. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Rogers, either. I used to loathe going to the dentist and didn't go as regularly as I should, but now I don't miss an appointment no matter what! Even if I move out of state, I'd seriously consider coming back just to visit this great practice!!!!
I appreciate the kindness and care received at Refresh Dentistry. My husband are made to feel. “at home “ each time we visit. I never feel rushed and when I have questions about upcoming treatment, Dr. Rogers is only too happy to take the time to answer them. I appreciate that all options are explored. They are helpful in helping you come up with a good decision. Great people to do business with and take care of my husband and I.
Who likes having to go to the dentist? No one. But I promise that your experience with Dr. Rogers and his staff will be the most pleasant experience you have ever had in dental chair.
They really are a group of people who enjoy their jobs and actually are interested in their patients. The staff is completely friendly , fun and accommodating. The office is nice and calming. There is no pressure to get you to do extraneous procedures or treatments.
Employees at this location are extremely sweet & caring. They made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. They play great music which consists of your 1990’s-2000’s music (my favorite). One thing I love most is the workers because they made sure I was doing okay, thanked me for my patience (even though everything seemed to be on schedule), and they even got to know me personally. I’ll definitely be here for my major mouth needs. I can’t thank the staff enough for being so awesome... customer service is a huge deal to me and the passed it with flying colors.
Refresh dentistry is by far the best dentist office I've been too. The staff is extremely kind and patient. they answered all of my questions Without hesitation and were very reassuring! Dr. Rogers was wonderful as well, I now have a dental plan that I am comfortable with and can't wait to start with them!
I am sincere in saying that Dr. Rogers and the Refresh office has been the most comfortable dental experience for me ever. Now if Veronica will only bring Frozen so I can watch it... :)
