The way she spoke to me and more importantly, LISTENED to my concerns and grievances with compassion was commendable. She is a true gem. Great experience! Friendly staff! They go above and beyond the call of duty! I mistakenly thought our appointment was at 11am when it was actually at 1pm. Instead of asking me to reschedule or come back later that day, we were seen within 5 minutes of arriving! The staff also went out of their way to accommodate my two toddlers. They used kid-friendly terms to help explain the procedures. Both my daughters were able to be seen at the same time. They had adjacent rooms with a window opening so that I could be “present” for both procedures. Also, at the end, the patient gets to pick a prize. My 3 year old daughter picked one thing but by the time we were checking out, she had changed her mind. Just as she was about to have a meltdown, the dental hygienist that had helped us earlier, went back and exchanged the toy for my daughter. The service attitude didn’t stop there. My children and I went to the nearby McAlister’s for lunch after the appointment. I happened to sit at the table across from the staff person that checked us out at Super Smiles. I sat down with my 3 children and realized that I forgot silverware. She happened to glance over and notice that I had my hands full and needed a fork for the meal. Instead of waiting for a waitress to come back around, she asked me what I needed, left her lunch date at the table, and went to the front to get us a fork! I was floored! These are great people! We will be back!
Top of the line facility. "When I was a kid we had to sit still and not talk or move for hours while we waited on the dentist." Here the kids get to play in the waiting areas. They stay on schedule. I have 5 children ages 6-12 and we were in and out in under an hour and a half. The staff is really there to make your kids feel comfortable. Thank You Super Smiles and staff.
Today was my sons first dentist appt ever and the staff at super smiles made him feel so comfortable and he loved it! When we were leaving he actually asked to come back! We met the owner who was his dentist and he was very good with Hendrix! The atmosphere and staff are beyond amazing and we are so grateful we found this place!
I've been bringing my children here for 10 yrs. I believe we are some of the oldest patients. Dr Clothier has performed several of Keeley's surgeries. Everything always turns out great!! I recommend this place to everyone I know. It used to be a small building but has grown into a larger place with more dentists & associates. My advice is to come early so your child has time to play on the awesome indoor play area, video games & a separate area for smaller kids as well.
